How do we get the closing documentation?
If the order has not been received:
We will provide you with the documents together with the order (in the store or by courier service).

If the documents are lost:
Send an email to roland.darbinian@asbc.ge with the following information:
  • Invoice numbers, invoice dates;
  • Payment order;
  • TIN or company name;
  • E-mail and telephone.
What types of documents are required to receive the product?
For the head of the organization:
  • Seal (checked);
  • Certified copy of appointment decision;
  • Passport (checked and a copy made after your permission).
For the organization representative:
  • Power of attorney for receiving the product (form M-2, M-2a), even if there is a seal;
  • Passport (checked and a copy made after your permission).
For an individual entrepreneur:
  • A copy of the individual entrepreneur's registration certificate;
  • Passport (checked and a copy made after your permission).
For the individual entrepreneur's representative:
  • Power of attorney certified by a notary;

What type of information does the invoice contain?
  • Account number;
  • Details of the seller and the buyer;

How do I make a purchase with bank transfer?
You send us the details, we sign the contract, then you send us the data by power of attorney (to the employee who will receive the products), after which we agree on the delivery date.

If you are a director/manager, you can come with a seal and take out the products yourself.
