A small percentage of AirPods Pro headphones have been found to have audio issues. Affected devices were manufactured prior to October 2020.
These AirPods Pro headphones may exhibit some of the following symptoms.
There are clicks or crackles that are exacerbated in noisy environments, while exercising or talking on the phone.
Active Noise Cancellation does not work properly: low frequencies are lost or background sounds are amplified, such as from the street or from an airplane in flight.
AirPods Pro (left, right, or both) with a confirmed issue will receive a replacement. The issue does not affect the AirPods Pro earbud case. It cannot be replaced.
